Hi BJ
Once the snow clears I'm aiming to a number of shoots set up, if its too cold for out doors I'll book a local studio
And in answer to your question yes there will be some new rain bonnet shots
Which of the girls would you like to see under the bonnet?

Great to hear there will be more rain bonnet pictures, here are the names of the girls I would like to see under the bonnet: Mel, M-J, JC, Natalie L and Rachel Jayne.

Hi Steve
Nice to see you posting again and thanks for the kind words
If I ever find a lady who is comfortable with the idea I'd love to arrange it, sadly a lot of the girls don’t understand the scenario so find it difficult
Luckily there are a couple of girls who do seem to be getting more comfortable with the style and I think might actually be enjoying the shoot for the ‘right’ reasons
I know a few people take the view that if you are paying a girl then they should do as they are told
I don’t take this view, one because I want to develop a good working relationship with them so the good ones work with me again and two if you ask a girl to do something they’re not happy with it shows in the results. I think the pix need to look like she’s having fun
Im sure one day I’ll find the perfect girl

Sent this email to rainwearcafe but you might not have seen it:
Hi Ray
Thanks for your quick answer.
Katy C would be best, but Chellie, Lucy, Anni, MJ, JC or Natalie L would all be great. A blonde and a brunette would be ideal.
One set-up I asked for but didn't get from FM was:
Red nylon full-length mac, concertina rain hat, matching red nylon umbrella.
A realistic under-cover 'outdoor' scenario may be: Model comes out of building with outdoor 'concourse' area, wearing mac and carrying brolly, notices it's raining, puts up umbrella, then for extra protection she remembers she has a rain hat as well so she sets brolly down, takes bonnet out of pocket, opens it and puts it on, picks up umbrella and walks out into the street. Time-lag, she returns, takes down wet brolly and shakes it dry, takes off rain hat, pulls it shut and puts it back in mac pocket.
(BTW I absolutely agree about compelling people to do stuff like this - it just isn't on, forced posing always looks false, and it just gives us all a bad name.)
Cheers

Hi Ray
Been a fan of pvc rainwear and rainbonnets for years, loved to see the girls wear them at school, when they were popular.
Would love to see Mel model a nice rainbonnet and mac in the rain. Possibly the scenario of putting the mac and rainbonnet on before heading off into thr rain and then removing both and shaking the rain off, would be heaven.
See what you can do..
Cheers
