I have exactly the same primark shiny navy blue raincoat in size 18. But it does look better on her I must admit.

They are both very attractive but the second one "does it for me". It was fabric like that which, ubiquitous back in the day and in very many forms-macs, aprons, pants, tablecloths etc., got me started on all this.
