I was thinking that too regenhoedje, it would help to know the country of origin as it seems poorly dubbed in French to me,the red telephone box behind the bar made me wonder if it's a UK film?

The scene is from "Swapping Couples" listed to be from 1980 instead of 1976

This version is listed as "french":

Thanks for that info, I did some more digging and found that the original title of the movie is: Initiation a l'echangisme (1980)
On the following link you can see the plastic rainwear clip with better picture and sound quality and not dubbed.

unfortunately as is often the case all the spam stuff loads faster than the video that you were hoping to watch. These sites really are appalling but I suppose they have to try and make money somehow so all the spam stuff is needed for that
