Is there any chance its pvc? She looks fantastic in it and with the belt fastened, some of RB posts have macs similar to it. It's looks abit like satin this mac, don't know why she's got this mac on, does anyone know why she might have?

Could be PU, could be satin but looks like Gold Lamé to me. Lamé is classically gold, silver or copper in colour. Nevertheless, as you say, she looks fantastic in it.
