Love the Cockney/East London/Essex English accents! (the same lovely accents are abundant in the 'On the Buses' TV comedy series from the same era). 1974.....years before I was born. Give me a time machine!
It was PVC Macs Galore in those days, I bet.

She was indeed - in 'The Villains' - think this is the programme you mean. :)

I can't say that I share your enthusiasm for the Cockney/East London/Essex accents - one of the worst two in the UK in my opinion - I won't mention the other one! ;)
