'Lac Aux Dames' (French film from 1934). Ila Mecséry wears a very nice long semi-transparent plastic mac. I remember a link to this film being on the Forum some years ago but because it was very grainy I didn't deem it worthy of a download. Luckily I came across a decent link for it yesterday - posted below. The best viewing setting for it is the 480 pixels one.
Timings: 45'-00" to 45'-35", 46'-09" to 46'-32", 49'-25" to 49'-44" and 50'-47" to 51'-02".

One of the oldest films with a plastic mac . They still make nice transparent ones today, but nothing like that.
