What a lovely story, i do love reading about this sort of thing, I myself love wellies and most things rubber, it is so liberating going out and about on a wet day, i get looks but I always think they are admiring me, who knows, they may like it as much as I do.

There is no feeling like being dressed female and walking in pvc macs out in the rain.Other people are more interested in staying dry to bother about who maybe crossdressed. So dress up and enjoy being you.

Stephie,

I’m delighted that you have now experienced the thrills and joys of being femininely dressed under rainwear. Now you really should push on. Prepare for the next heavy rainfall, and when it comes femme yourself up completely, hair, makeup, padded bra, undies, painted nails, and this time HEELs! I recommend wearing something with short sleeves and bare at the neck and shoulders. . Then over your dress, wear a transparent or translucent plastic mac of the sort pvc-u-like sells, essentially with a hood.

Now step out into the driving rain. With the hood up, you will hear the delicious sounds of the rain beating on the thin plastic, and feel the exciting feel of the cold plastic against your bare shoulders, arms and neck. You will see raindrops running down the shiny surface of the mac and with your hands thrust in your pockets you will see your jutting breasts tight against their shiny wrapping. And of course, you will hear the exciting clip clop of your heels on the pavement.

Anyone looking at you closely will see your pretty dress through the thin plastic, but of course sadly no- one will, as in heavy rain, nobody looks at much else than their feet as they scuttle to get out of the rain.

So enjoy, as you will be the only person out there actually getting pleasure from the weather. Stay out as long as you can; you are not breaking any laws, and anyone who could be possibly offended should mind their own business.

I promise you, from many wonderful experiences, that you will get a blast, and look forward to more rainy days.
