Even in that state it could have been boiled and shredded before ending in the garbage.
I have a vintage shiny blue one made from PVC coated cotton. It is also slightly smelly. I will boil it with a little bit of chlorine bleach to get that away. Since it fits quite well I will wear it for some of my actions before it also goes throgh the shredder.

I had to undig the thing first. It Iis not really shiny I would rather call it satinised.

i mean it is a green rukka which i have one, but it would be disturbing if it was a yellow.
