You might try Rimo-Mantelmode, a german company who make this sort of raincoat in many colours to order. They are pretty expensive but then the PVC is thicker and they last a long time.
If you get onto their website you can choose male or female styles and then choose from a wide range of colours.

Has anyone bought a coat or a cape from RIMO? They look wonderful but the prices are fairly high.

I think the Well Protected Lady wears their coats by the names on some of the pictures.
