Hi all
Has anyone seen her latest video on YouTube with the gorgeous red raincoat on (not sure how to post a link).
Anyhow she says it’s from gekko rainwear, does anyone know if they still trade ?

Re: Evergreenqueen
Yes, I did the same, but wasn’t sure if they’d set up in some sort of other capacity and the like.Vxr 15 wrote: September 5th, 2026, 3:01 pmI tried googling it and it says they are permanently closed.sarahtv wrote: September 5th, 2026, 12:44 pm Hi all

Shame because the coat is amazing.
Re: Evergreenqueen
Correct me if I'm wrong but Gekko is a part of Weathervain who are still in existence where this raincoat originated from.

However if you go to Weathervain there are only a few raincoats available, the problem is not that Weathervain has run out of steam it is simply down to sourcing the materials.
For many years SBR and Satin based products was produced in the UK but as "rubber" macs went out of favour so did the factories that produced these lovely materials. Sources were then found in Eastern Europe but they have now dwindled to nothing. So the material is scarce and apparently even the glue is difficult to find!
If you are a lover of SBR and Satin the future looks bleak but its nice to see Evergreen Queen enjoying herself!

Re: Evergreenqueen
It’s the way of the world isn’t it, cheap far east production.
Yes I’ve bought from weathervane as well as yourselfs quality speaks for itself. I’ve bought satin trench coats but in the whole the qualify is poor, I’d pay the cost for quality.
She really is, quite an extensive video on YouTube enjoying herself too.
