Pepsi and Shirlie were the backing singers for Wham! (George Michael & Andrew Ridgely) and were almost accepted as an integral part of the group. After Wham! broke up, the girls continued on their own and had two UK Top Ten hits in 1987, followed by a couple of very minor hits the same year. I would guess this video dates from that period. The pvc makes them worth a second look.

Thanks for the post. I had a recollection of them wearing some PVC for one of their hits but had forgotten.
Incidentally Shirlie is married to Martin Kemp from Spandau Ballet & actor in EastEnders if you want anymore trivia.
