That's awesome you for new ones but a shame about the cape. I'm trying so hard to keep them in good condition. Between not being rough with them, spraying them with silicone spray, and storming them in a dark dry moderate temp closet. It's gonna be a sad day if they break.Bramac wrote: November 24th, 2025, 6:41 am WOW! That looks great, I remember buying an SBR cape from Weathervain in the 90s and it lasted for 20yrs plus, then seemed to deteriorate in a very short space of time, dried out and delaminated
I unfortunately never got around to buying a SBR Mac from them, but I did purchase a few single textured Mac’s thou.

Re: Weathervain coat

Just had to go out in the morning again after a storm in SBR. Walk through the neighborhood and two cars passed me and slowed down. A little nerve racking to be honest but they kept going. Not too wet besides puddles. Yes I carried the crop with me, makes me feel dominant and confident! Hopefully then neighbors didn't notice it

Thanks to both of you. Want to do more in it but thinking of ideas. Need to find a daytime trail
