Well it's going to be nice and cold down in the south tomorrow so what minimalist outfit should I wear, I'm thinking nylon raincoat and a skirt only that's sure to get the teeth chattering or maybe something else, ideas welcome

I will add a one piece swimsuit, these are very thin and so won't help in keeping me warm at all

Im afraid I am a little different in that I like the cold because it gives me an excuse to layer up in lovely shiny puffy down suits and anoraks with big furry hoods. Most acceptable nowadays, I go into town in my shiny puffers, suits or jackets, with the big thick furry hood up, and nobody takes any notice! Almost disappointing!

So I went out this morning at about 6.20 and it was cold and the wind was blowing but coming from the north so it was cold as well and with the temperature about 2 degrees, it wasn't too bad while I could keep moving but then it started to rain so when you added that into the mix it was really cold, I managed a couple of hours but my hands were freezing even though I had gloves on, sorry didn't take any pics

Not so much rainwear here now, -6c and snowing. But a lot of lovely shiny nylon puffer jackets on, many people have them here. Just love women in such jackets and I’m lucky, my wife always have them.
