That's quite a cool idea ! The sheath will add to the feeling and will for sure make more rustling noises. And because one does not fire into the sheath itself but an additional outer panty the whole thing should be quite easy to clean.
OTOH it is also always nice to shoot into normal plastic panties.
Classic rainwear is also fine. I did it with some yellow Rukka pants made from PVC coated cotton on a regular basis as a teenager. These exact pants were much later turned into a "plastic panty" that was regularily treated with pee. It endured around 150 wetting and wash cycles until it became too ugly, stiff and brittle.
Another cool garment for "shooting" are shiny vinyl trousers with either wide legs and/or darts.

I have over 60 pair's of ultaflex plastic pants , you can't have enough .

I shall have to have a look at them. I prefer rubber but you can't get good ones noe Drylife have ceased selling them.

That comes up as a company in the USA and all they show under 'ultaflex' is male catheters.
