Beneath the rainwear
Re: Beneath the rainwear
I love to wear plastic baby pants, often with a PVC romper, while naked with a couple of plastic macs or other swishy rainwear over the top!

I love to wear many layers beneath an outer layer of rainwear. I always wear a sealed full drysuit as a first layer sometimes two. Nothing better than walking down the street wearing rainwear over the top of underlayers which no one can see.

Also love to wear many layers under an outer layer of rainwear. Usually an all in one adult rainsuit, elasticated cuffs on the arms and legs seals the heat in. Maybe another cagoule or two on top and a set of regatta nylon jacket and trousers as a final layer of protection..

Definitely naked, my all in one feels great against the skin and tighter in all the right areas compared to a two piece rain suit..

So good to find the classic Peter storms in the charity shops for a couple of quid, occasionally still come across them.. Fun to be naked under a few layers, you can blend right in when it’s raining…

I wish I could find a vintage Peter Storm in a charity shop, they are a very rare find now.swishyrain wrote: October 7th, 2025, 12:38 pm So good to find the classic Peter storms in the charity shops for a couple of quid, occasionally still come across them.. I’d have to agree with you on that, you don’t see so many of the originals with the shiny nylon inside…. They Pop up on eBay at slightly inflated prices, maybe they’ve become cool again…

I'd have to say that the one produced by Regatta with the brand name "Outdoor Scene" are good, something like the cagoules of years ago.
