Yes, that's definitely part of the thrill. I've been retired now for 18 years, but long ago the very first plastic panties I got from Fetware on ebay before they had a website were such an eye-opener to me that the very first time I wore them was under my clothes to work.
Now in retirement I'm wearing plastic pants almost more often than not...always sleeping in them, quite often putting on another pair after I've showered and weaaring them all day and then to bed. Yes, I do love my plastic pants!

For over fifteen years I've been wearing plastic pants (either with nothing or more recently a nappy underneath) almost exclusively except for occasionally wearing women's underwear or rubber. Especially in summer the damp and slippery plastic keeps me constantly aroused. They stay on 24 hours a day except for the time to shower. For ten years before that it was mainly women's knickers and occasionally plastic or rubber as dictated by my then partner, who also demanded I wear tights, stockings and even bras, corsets and other lingerie with them. She definitely enjoyed our stockings and silky French knickers sliding against each other as we made love, and would tease me about whether anyone at work suspected what I wore under my office clothes.

I don't ever wear two pairs of plastic panties, but I do most often sleep in a plastic romper over my plastic pants. What a luxurious feeling it is to wake up in that!

Well, my taste runs more to plastic pants, rompers, and dresses. So if I'm wearing a raincoat or dress there'll nearly always be at least plastic panties under it.
