I agree with this, for so many years I kept my fetish entirely secret, at first I was very shy about making any posts on here. It is good to discuss our likes in regard to rainwear, although not everybody on here likes the same things.

That is certainly true. In fact I suspect that no two of are quite alike...but in forums like this we focus on our similarities rather than on our differences.

I think we can see through our differences and appreciate the challenges we are all going through. I’m not into heavy rainwear like oil skins, but I love reading posts by members because I can understand what they are going through.

Sites like this one have really helped me in the last few years. My fetish is cagoules and other swishy nylon rainwear and before the Internet came along I struggled alone in my early teens thinking I was the only one. Its great to interact with like minded people on here .

Sounds like a lot of us. I too was embarrassed by my attraction to plastic raincoats and girls in shiny outfits, until I found out I was not the only one. I didn’t know it then, but growing up in a world without the internet was so much simpler. I saw adverts in the back of magazines for leather and latex clad dominatrixes and felt angry because apparently it was OK to be naughty in those materials, but not PVC or plastic.

Discovering this site has been enjoyable, it's a pity that I never discovered any publications in the pre- internet age that were focussed on fetishes relating to shiny rainwear, back in an age when shiny rainwear was worn much more commonly than it is now.
