It's a typical schmaltzy film of the (afaik) Inga Lindström series but sometimes there is a red or (also seen) burgundy Stutterheim raincoat in use. Here a cut of the Stutterheim scenes.

As there is another movie of that kind you linked the vid (blocked in Germany but I have a tv recording also) I guess the red Stutterheim coat is a piece owned by the producing company. It's used at least in these two movies (maybe more) and different sized actresses cause different look in that one coat

I remember a movie with a burgundy Stutterheim, but I can't remember the title. It was a middle-aged woman wearing it as far as I remember. It was one of that endless schmaltzy movie series (there must be hundreds).
