It's not just puddles I enjoy jumping in when wearing rainwear, I also jump in the river and get really wet.Too cold at this time of the year, unfortunately

During the summer I accidentally flooded my waders in one of the local creeks, but found it unexpectedly enjoyable. I'm excited about doing it again but as you say it's too cold right now for it to be fun.
