I've bought a few raincoats from Forever 21 lately, this Speedo raincoat is definitely my fave but I love them all. They have a few different ones both transparent and translucent.

I want one but I'm afraid I've bought 2 many raincoats recently now I need to save money for Bill's ane cost of living but i hope I'll get one 4 Christmas
