Having looked in IMDb, it appears that Dolores Holve was an East German actress who had supporting roles in two films, "Unser Mittwochabend" (which translates as "Our Wednesday Evening") made in 1948 and "Unser Täglich Brot" (which translates as "Our Daily Bread") made in 1949. I think the clip is probably from the first of these.
