A great scene, always one of my favourites. What I don't understand is, I can't see why the wardrobe department thought she should be wearing a plastic mac when it was not raining, of course we are all pleased she does.
It looks like the ones sold in C&A stores.

I think she appears in another episode wearing a yellow PVC rainsuit?

There is something on BBC TV nowadays about Sarah Jane, which I believe is the same woman up to date, though I doubt if she ever wears a raincoat.
