That looks like one of the TopShop capes from a couple of years ago.

The Cape looks like a vintage find from the Sixties, but the Glass clear mac with Binding is going to be in vogue this spring, we have just supplied 200 designer glass clear coats to a London boutique and we have just received another inquiry from another boutique in London.

Looks like Glass clear Macs are going to be a familiar site on the streets this spring.
