Dark Blue Glossy Vintage PVC Raincoat

Of 1980s vintage, this dark blue PVC raincoat is almost glass clear: it has a semi-transparency about it, but only the outer is shiny.

The polished (high shine) outer side does have some 'stickiness' (blocking) property, hence, it does make the 'rustling' noise I enjoy, especially after it has been immersed in lukewarm dilute Fairy Liquid solution (pre-agitated to produce foam) then rinsed under lukewarm water to remove oils, dust and dirt.

I have no idea of the make/brand.

All in all, a nice piece of vintage PVC raincoat history!
