Morning in rainwear

Yesterday morning was a wonderful morning. A light rain coming down and a comfortable temp.
Ok, my dog doesn’t like it but anyhow.

Walk in the forrest, my 2 layer nylon rainwear wear on my bare skin , hood up and Wellis on.
I really love those swischy walks and the sound of rain hitting the hood is so exciting. And my rainwear gets so shiny in the rain.

What do you like when walking in rain in your rainwear? Sounds, looks, feelings?

Yes I love all that you have described especially the shiny look when it gets really wet

I suppose that the look, feel and to a certain extent the sound are all enjoyable, but it is a huge thrill being able to walk or cycle in public. It is only in recent years that I have been able to overcome my fears about wearing a PVC mac in public.
