A plastic hood must be tightly secured and properly folded over the eyes, that's how I put mine on

The tighter the better and all the way over the eyes. And possibly the face 😋😋☔☔🧥👍

A favourite subject of mine. Hoods, big hoods, on very shiny glossy rainwear, a must. None of those yukky detachable ones, horrible. Properly attached, large and fully lined, in their shiny matching vinyl, pvc, rubber, or whatever your favourite fabric is. Your partner then makes you stand still in the crowded street, rain or shine, and pulls your hood up and on, pulling the drawpulls tight enough so the hood can't come down, then ties them off in a double knot. Two of my thick vinyl macs I have made storm tabs, which fasten inside the hood across nose and mouth and have a large gag attached. Once attached to both sides, and the hood is tied up, its impossible to remove. Lovely and submissive!!!

I wear one of my vintage nylon raincoats every day no matter what the weather is like. There is no hood on my raincoats and that is good. It seems like it would look “overkill” with a hood when you use the raincoat as an everyday coat in sunny and good weather. It is more discreet, I think.

A Raincoat without a hood makes no sense to me , because you´re not well protected. Rubberboots are highly recommended, too ! Ready to go ?
What´s your point ?
Yes with Hood on.
With the nylon rain Mac Back to front with the hood over my face. and do some Brethplay..
