Rainwear on the mind

Post by Cherie »

I struggle with accepting AI images of rainwear and wondered why. I know there are as many different rainwear desires on this site as the number of members, and our brains work differently, so this is just my perspective.

Rainwear is nothing unless it and the wearer are real for me. My mind immediately flows into the backstory of how a situation arose. If I’m looking at a picture of a real woman in a plastic raincoat I have to wonder about her decisions to wear it, where it came from, does she have others, is it fun or fashion or both. If she is a paid model my desires are less than someone who chooses to wear the shiny raincoat rather than something else. I am that person who never read the terrible stories next to images in porn mags, only looking at the pictures, knowing that “Stacey is waiting for you to take her in hand and…” is just unreal like AI.

When I see a raincoat not being worn I want to wear it, to feel it, to be in it.

Unless there is a back story I don’t get excited at just seeing raincoat pictures. Raincoats in charity shops are more desirable than new ones in shops because they were owned by someone and now discarded, not just the product of a designer who is following a fashion trend, although I do think of the buyers that are willing to take a punt on stocking shiny rainwear and wonder about the meetings in which they defend the choice of PVC in their SS lineup - although as we know, things like that are becoming much rarer.

Even paintings of women in rainwear are often an interpretation of a real person, although a lot less appealing than the real thing for me.

AI is none of these things. Neither the raincoat nor the wearer exist and never did. The situation is entirely fictitious. So they just leave me cold, unfeeling and in no way appreciative of the lack of effort to create them, and slightly angry that they are replacing real images. Does it matter? To me it does but I appreciate that others get a lot of enjoyment out of their creations and maybe being able to bring fantasies more to life for them.

I would agree with much of what you are saying about A I , and the difference between models being paid to pose in rainwear, as opposed to women wearing it because they really like it, either as practical rainwear or possibly because they actually get a thrill from wearing it. Years ago when shiny rainwear was much more commonly worn, if I saw a woman wearing something like this, I used to wonder if she was wearing it out of sheer practicality, or is she perhaps getting a secret thrill from it?(the latter probably not very likely).

Ditto on the AI rainwear thoughts. AI pictures look false. You cannot see the pleasure on the face of the wearer, droplets of water puddling on the surface, the crinkly look of heavier fabrics, feel the restriction from wearing etc.

Same here; most of the fun is in the mind and the picture is just the inspiration to get things going. And that's why I do not care if it is AI or real, my mind will be able to process it the same way and create the backstory, how the person would experience it, and what will happen next.

Of course the real thing adds an extra layer, as you describe, but the ability to go several steps further than reality makes the AI images interesting in another way. So I am happy both are available and I see no issue with more images being offered as I can pick and chose which ones to spend more time with.

I agree also. I love women wearing long semi transparent coloured hooded and belted PVC rain macs. The sort that were everyday sights in the 1990s. Even before the advent of AI images, I hated "posed" photos of "models" wearing ridiculous fancy styled macs. And with AI, as good as it is, I feel the same. My mind always says to me when I see those images "that is a fake photo and the woman and the mac never existed". For me it is seeing a normal photo or video of an everyday frumpy mature woman, wearing her pvc mac tightly fastened round the waist and preferably with her hood up. The macs I like are what I call "smelly macs". Those that give off that wonderful erotic "warm pvc" smell when mixed with the body heat of a slightly plump mature woman..mmmm. I suppose I am a "realist"in the respect that I like REAL women wearing REAL macs !

On a separate note, I have always had a huge fetish for seeing women vacuuming normally, with those older "upright" vacs that have the large inflating warm cloth dust bag. I have been experimenting with "Microsoft Co-Pilot" and the "Grok" website, and managed to create some amazingly hot (for me) pics of mature grannies hoovering with those soft bag upright vacs. The odd thing is, with those pics I CAN fantasise and they DO make me horny ! But not the case with AI Pvc Mac pics.

We are all mixed up sometimes !! Lol.
