Mmm sounds lovely.
You could always get a old mac .and glue the sleeves together. And one end .and connect it to a leaf blower and
Yeah actually I have rolled an older ladies pvc hooded mac up on the floor, and inserted a hoover hose on "blow"setting (some vacs have that feature).
And I love watching the pvc rain mac inflate up all firm and warm. The smell of warm pvc blowing out from it drives me crazy. As does straddling the inflated mac and humping the hell out of it as I imagine the granny who may have owned that mac ! Mmmmmm
When I was about 16 I would wrap myself in a black trashbag. I discovered that Dollar General sells rolls of trashbags that are so soft and shiny. I like to put a hole into one side of the trashbag and put myself into it and wear it like a diaper. Then I tie both corners together on each side that way the fun is fully contained. I have a large roll of blue drycleaning bags. They are rather thin but strong and fun to wear either as a diaper or to get into. When I moved to North Dakota I discovered that Menards has grocery bags that are so soft and shiny but very strong at the same time. Those are really fun to play with.

Has anyone ever humped their mums vacuum cleaner dust bag when its been inflated up ?
No .but can understand your thing.
Thats great to hear ! So many people "dont get" my fetish for inflated vacuum cleaner bags. Many vacs have different sizes and textures of dust bags, and some get VERY warm when inflated up for a period ! Mmmm. The sensation of wrapping your legs round a warm inflated bag, is beyond belief. I wish more people would try it. I think there is an added excitement if you do it when you are younger and that you hump your mums hoover bag. Thanks again for being so understanding !

Love wearing plastic bags any time. So much pleaser playing with plastic. Love being wrapped up in it and slowly suffocate mmmm
Must say I'm quite partial to a plastic bag too, in fact I'm wearing one as I type this... I brought a pack a while back from kite packaging, 500 x 750mm x 50microns love them, I wear one like plastic pants but pull it up my chest as far as I can then add a large elastic back to help keep it in place, when these eventually run out I may consider the next size up, but these are nice and snug.
Have also used them over my head etc as love the smell too, usually add a nice elastic band here too
I have often wondered why I love the plastic used in raincoats and pretty much everything from PVC-U-LIKE, but have zero interest in polythene used in plastic bags, dry cleaning covers and similar. I tried bags when nothing else was to hand but literally no effect. I have found a few of those cheap greenhouse and plant cloche covers made of a softer material which is quite nice but any that are hard are of no interest. Funny how small differences can make such a big change in our reactions.
