'Nirvana' (Russian film from 2008 in HD). Mariya Shalayeva wears a shiny blue PVC mac (cotton-backed PVC - nice!) and Olga Sutolova a shiny red one. :)

Love the blue one that Mariya wears - nice thick cotton-backed PVC! :)
