Another celebrity I've not heard of, Bella Hadid, seen yesterday in a clear patterned and no doubt expensive plastic raincoat. No wonder the poor girl can't afford a new pair of jeans!!

Bella Hadid is a professional model, but I hardly think she has celebrity status.

Those jeans probably are new. They've been deliberately ripped bacause it's fashionable.
