Having been in the “business” since I was 5, I’d say that was a coat made of SBR, which does Not mean shiny black rubber, although it can if you want it to be. SBR means styrene butyl rubber and it can be any colour you like, even black. The coat in the video is extremely shiny which means, sprayed with gloss. I will always back my ability to spot the difference between rubber and PVC from a 100 yards. I happen to prefer rubber, but that is my shout and I salute those who prefer PVC or PU.
