Umbrella Raincoat!

I have seen adverts for these from the Far East, they now seem to be 'heading west'. Can't see them catching on myself as they offer little more protection than an umbrella and nothing like a raincoat. Would you wear one, outdoors I mean!

Only use I can think of is for sheltering a camera or video camera?

have to agree, cannot see them catching on somehow, not least that they look quite ridiculous
