You have too use a photo/imaging uploading site (I use IMGUR)
Upload a photo to that then copy and paste the link too your photo from there into the forum you wish too show the picture in.
It then shows the photo.

When the photo is on Imgur on the right hand side of the image is a box with allsorts of things
Click on the BB code (For Message boards and Forums) click copy this copies the link too your photo.
Paste this link into your message.
When the message is posted your photo will be there for every one too see!
