the word Garcons on the back means waiters, I wonder if perhaps they are waiting staff who are expected to work outdoors on a wet day

Comme des Garcons seem to be a fashion label I wonder if Homme Plus is a range by them, printemps is French for Spring so it could be the Spring 1987 Collection
