Obviously like a number of members, I really love PVC macs! What a lovely feeling it is, particularly the smoothness  :) But I've been wondering for a while if PVC 'Rain Suits' [one piece] are available commercially, as I think they would look incredibly sexy! And I'm sure would feel it too, especially with all the different colours available.

Even better... Add some wellies!

Hi Topcat,
The normal shops don't have rainsuits.
If you want walk in PVC you can also try a raincape (PUL ) and wellies.
That is my choice ,here in the Netherlands. :D
Greetings, Peter

hi top-cat

though I appreciate you're after an all-in-one rain suit if you can get it, i wonder if you've seen this gear on ebay? (the photo lower down on the page is a better example.)

Yes, the one you are showing is an OMP, fairly inexpensive. Sparco also makes one as well in a latex material. Probably the best and most robust for the money is one made by Storm (which I could sell off), or by MIR. These are rain suits that are made for the go-karting industry. They also make great lounging suits indoors.

Gee, thanks guys! I've seen some on ebay and they look very good value! I take it then you're just getting the PVC overall, not the racing overall too underneath?

For what it's worth there are a couple other brands too. Zapelli makes one as well as K1. These are made in Pakistan, I think and they are real noisy when donned if you're into that. Good luck

Try a search for chemical protective suits-these are fairly easy to come by.Sometimes I get paid to wear one!
Fishing suits are another option, although most of these are nylon now.Guy Cotten do heavy yellow PVC gear, but its not easy to find and quite expensive.
