She is truly a PVC princess , this seems to be an ongoing trend Rita Ora, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and now Kenndel Jenner on the cover of vogue in a long red shiny raincoat I notice more raincoats being worn out by both men and women this spring . There is no dought raincoats are starting to make a comeback
