Sure they did, the concept of the ad is making people smile. The girl made the guard smile by sharing her umbrella with him. I mean I suppose she didn't need to be wearing a raincoat, just had to have a bubble umbrella so the two of them could stay dry under it, but you won't see us complaining about the inclusion of the raincoat!
