Looks like really nice old school crisp frosty clear plastic. Maybe create import relations with North Korea?? Cool 'em off perhaps

Great Photo. It's a pitty our traffic girls in Europe do not wear seethrough plastic raincoats when they are on duty on rainy days.

Last year when I was in Grenada it was raining after the landing at the airport. All ground staff members wore seethrough plastic macs over their uniform (yellow blouses and black skirts). They loooked very cute. Unfortunately I could not take any photos as taking pictures at the airport ist not allowed.

And in 1985 when I visited China the flight attendants of the former state owened Airline CAAC wore seethrough plastic raincoats over their uniforms as well when we left the aircraft in Shanghai during a rain shower.

Unfortunately in Europe plastic raincoats are not part of any uniforms.
