I've been a member here for some time now and I noticed that there isn't the same number of contributors as there used to be.
Why is that?

I to have noticed that there is not that many comments on this new site, however that mite be just busyness of Life, or other things.
What I have noticed is that this new site have become r is becoming more "porn" if u understand what I mean.
For a woman who is into pvc, plastic, and latex I liked the old site as people talked about how the pvc felt on thieir skin etc etc and how they felt about other things, there is more to pvc, plastic and latex than sex..

Good morning, Debs!
I've noticed this too. I think it's inevitable...forums change from one year to the next, or sometimes one day to the next. Like any other group a forum is what the members make it. For instance, Will and Christine had a strong impact on the forum while they were posting regularly.
The way it feels to wear plastic clothing is what's most important to me too, and I'd probably post about that more often but I don't want to seem repetitive or bore people.

there is only so much that one person can say without becoming repetitive as the previous poster has said.
Perhaps the weather isn't conducive to rainwear at the moment either. There hasn't been a significant drop of rain here for weeks. At least the grass doesn't need cutting on the plus side

Commercial type stuff should be in "For Sale" or "Site Updates" so they should not be a bother to main stream discussions.
Obviously with the sub forums in place it might feel like less is going on but in actual fact a lot more if happening in the different sub forums.

Paul's right, by splitting the Forum into Sub Groups its made it look like there is less going on, but its just because people might not be visiting the Sub Groups
I think some people mentioned this might happen when the subject of Sub Forums was raised
I guess this was always going to be a no win situation for Paul

Debs what Paul means are the different parts on the forum.
Like this part that is called Rainwear Discussion.
It are the things you see when you go to the board index.

Hi,
I do think that having so many sub-sections, dilutes the board a bit. Having said that i use the "View New Posts" option at the top and it show's me all new activity.
Nice to see you commenting again Debs, did you see my post about the Clear Top Shop cape

I've not had a chance to go into a big branch, but i think i would get some funny looks if i tried one on. I know how much you like clear pvc, so it would be great to hear what you thought of it.
