Apologies for the poor video quality, it's from an old videotape from 1981-82 of an American sketch comedy show I had never heard of before called the Bill Tush show (didn't have cable back then), but it's got three Ann-Margaret impersonators (one of whom is the late Jan Hooks of "Saturday Night Live" fame), dressed in vintage PVC-Rayon reversible slickers in yellow, kelly green & red, which were at the height of fashion in those days.

according to imdb this was a local show from Atlanta which went national.
