It does not appear to be Nike.

The zipper pulls have the Lululemon logo on it so I think this is Lululemon "Make it Rain" jacket. It looks like it is discontinued. Many web postings I have found talk about missing it and wishing for its return. The reviews I have found describe it as a great jacket.
