Caroline Kennedy is the US ambassador to Japan, she is seen at a ceremony there to commemorate Hiroshima on the 6th August. As we know, thankfully plastic macs are still part of daily life in the far east.

I agree, Bill, great to see her relaxed in such a simple plastic mac, and using the hood. And it looks to have some substance rather than those cellophane disposables

If only more celebrities and VIPs followed her example.
