The shiny glass clear PVC (or PU, if it is one of those Target jelly jackets) definitely accentuates her beauty. The blue matches her eyes. Nice picture.
PS: can those Target raincoats be obtained in the UK, by any chance?

I haven't been able to find them here in the US...
If there is anyone out there that is selling there's I will buy it on the spot!!! haha
