Thanks Frederique, it's less than 10% of the total rainwear in movies photo links list that will be posted next week on the Plastic Rainwear Club, it will be movie stills from 1929 until the present day.

I downloaded the clip from Le Canard,

amazing France had that sort of rainwear in 1967, North America had nothing like that until 1974
