Rainwear Central Rainwear Forum

I have seen this line before (Allwin) and they have a spectacular array of pvc and plastic items. But..I've never been successful in getting answers from them on how to order their products. Anyone have any ideas here?

Reading the add they appear to only deal in wholesale quantities
