Am sure we have seen this very pretty lady before
Commented that its a shame she cannot either use tripod & self timer or get somebody to take photos' for her.

Have to agree, very pretty lady and the shiny PVC raincoat only serves to enhance her beauty, thanks for sharing this picture!
