You're not alone, Phil. I didn't know her either. She's a star of the TV series 'Charmed' which is aimed at teenagers, rather than the likes of you and me. She has appeared in several films but normally looks like this:

That looks like one of the TopShop capes from a couple of years ago.

The Cape looks like a vintage find from the Sixties, but the Glass clear mac with Binding is going to be in vogue this spring, we have just supplied 200 designer glass clear coats to a London boutique and we have just received another inquiry from another boutique in London.

Looks like Glass clear Macs are going to be a familiar site on the streets this spring.

I hope they do make a profit from it as it should encourage them to continue to sell it

I also hope we see it being worn on the high street and it doesnt disappear like it does most years
