I cant view my website, can anyone else see it
My Hosting Company say its my ISP but I find that difficult to believe

Yes, i can see your site.
Have you tried to enter your IP directly? Is someone wrong with your DNS server? Try to connect new to the internet. Shut down your DSL-modem, wait for a few seconds and the turn on. Then try to see your site again.
