Here's a clip I have been searching for for a long while from the original movie Angels in the outfield. I do like the shot of the water dripping off the cape on to her shoes though the cape doesn't seem wet in the first place!

Transparent, hooded plastic capes and the first scene are particularly enchanting. If only there were more such happenings in reality.
