I tried to capture the section from the Channel 4 news, but they have really strong digital protection. I ended up videoing it on my phone and cropping out everything but the raincoat scenes. Not brilliant quality, but i'll try and upload it somewhere and post it as the Channel 4 links won't work for long, the full news program has already gone.

Looks like it's a Rains raincoat in last years Spill colour.
